My Musings

I didn't read the blurb of "It Ends With Us", nor did I read many reviews about it. I just listened a lot about this book, all over the bookish world, it is all over Instagram, all of my bookish friends have read this book and they all are amazed by the magic of Colleen Hoover's writing. I'm just a newbie in the world of books and I haven't read any of Colleen's books before this book(guilty). But now I really wanna read all her books after reading this heart-melting and heart-rectifying book. Yeah, it just does not melt your heart but it is going to shape and rectify it and make it brave and bold.

Verity by Colleen Hoover Book Review

Three weeks ago, I grab some ebooks and two of them was written by the most hyped author Colleen Hoover(Now she is my most favorite author), the books are, It Ends With Us and Varity, about one I'm writing here and I'm literally eager to read the second one, though I don't want to read one after another book of her, little craving is good to boost the motivation for reading books. So right now I'm reading Not A Happy Family till now it's going okay.

13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher Book Review

This is not the first book where I go completely blind to read the book right away without reading a blurb or any reviews. I do this all the time, lots of books which I read this year, I hadn't read anything about those books before. That's an entirely different kind of thrill and fun to dive into a book without knowing anything about the book, without having any pre-theories and expectations. Sometimes it pathetically gets worse when you go blind to read a book, I literally ask myself these questions; Am I doing the right thing? Is this going to be in my best interest or is it going to be a monstrous eater of my precious time? Yup sometimes it happens, the gamble of blind date took a turn for the worst but most of the time it is enthralling.

Characters in Lead

Lily - Lily is such a brave and bold character, which makes me fall for her, you cannot avoid her presence, she is certain about her relationship goals, she isn't a one-night stand type, she wants commitment. She is a gorgeous woman in her early twenties and she has a dream to start her own business. Pretty simple wishes she has and she wants a simple peaceful life.

Ryle - A charming, muscular guy with a thriving job as a neurosurgeon, he is determined to be the best in his field. He has no plan to fall in love, he is more into one-night stands, but Lily is not getting off his mind and he doesn't want love but something else from Lilly. And he literally begs for it. The best part of Ryle is he is completely unpredictable, that's makes his character very intriguing and suspicious.

All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven Book Review

Atlas - I don't remember if ever I read a character like Atlas, he is so pure and great the way he talks, loves, and stays everything about him is so pure and fascinating. His story is also very inspiring and poignant. From the start of the story he is as brave as Lily, everyone is talking about Lily but I think Atlas also needs to get acknowledged by Readers because he is such a great character.

Allysa - Having a friend like Allysa is having armor, a sword, a pillar, and

a comfy pillow altogether. She is Lily's best friend. She stays true to her side in both good and bad situations and she is always kind and helpful till the end of the story, she is the kind of person which you always want to have your back. Her character is best solidified after a certain disclosure of Lily and the way after the revelation she reacts in that scene makes her a great and true friend

Marshall - he is not playing an essential part in the story, he is the husband of Allysa and he is so funny that I tend to mention him. He always gets a way to joke about things even in the emotional parts he brings laughter. Which is best to have.

Lily's Mother - Lily very much underestimates her mother and so did I, but she played a prominent role in Lily's life and the way she approaches her life. Her mother literally lives in her thoughts whenever she is about to make a decision. But when it's time to make the mammoth decision of her life, things the mother of Lilly says makes her a strong woman.

She Erased Her by Himanshu Rai Book Review

Narration and Writing

The narration of the book is real and effective, the whole book is written in a buttery-smooth language though the impact which it brings is too heavy to handle. Colleen Hoover is a marvelous writer. The way the author weaved the whole romantic and emotional story of 'It Ends With Us' with a great message and realistic and authentic characters is very commendable. Even after reading the whole story whenever I think about any particular quotes or excerpt of the book, it plays with the whole visuals of it. That only became possible because of the picturesque narration of the book.

Review

It's Ends With Us is a real treasure of unshakeable love and bigger-than-life sacrifices. I'm not gonna tell you, about what this book is, and believe me, don't try to find out by reading full of spoiler reviews because that will ruin the book very much for you. It is not gonna hit you the way it is supposed to hit you if you already knew about it. Having a blind date with this book is going to be the best decision.

It is a MUST-READ book, all the people should read this book. It is a profoundly beautiful book. It has strong, gorgeous, and intriguing characters. The book has been written in the first person, it's a chick-lit, NA book. Seeing Lily's life through her viewpoint, falling in love when she falls and having all the achievements which she has, and feeling heartbroken when she feels, is extraordinarily remarkable

The Heroine of the book, Lily, is going to make you proud Because I really felt proud of her when she made life-changing tough decisions. The best part of the book is that Colleen brings in the layered characters in the story which made this book an unbelievable shock for me, the turning point of the book entirely depends on this aspect. And the book from the start has given all the signs, but those all indications got meaning when life all of sudden became heavy for Lily. This aspect is really going to make you awestruck.

Men and women both should read this book and should learn something from it and think of it. This book can change a lot of lives. Because the issue which the book talks about and the way it tells about the human nature of those who are going through the same kind of issue, for them life is not as easy as it seems and nor the decision making. It is an issue which from a lot of people dealing and some people never comes out of it, this book teaches me to when to let go when to end things for the better, it also deeply enlighten the mental dilemma of such individuals, which is essential to get because it is easy to ask why but when you know the answer, it shudders you. It feels right, even when it's completely wrong.

Recommendation

Everyone should read this book, it's a really personal book, I'm damn sure that a lot of people going to relate with the story of this books, because the issue which has been brought into the story, that's an issue which with a lot of people dealt or dealing, even I too had the personal experience of it. Which makes this book very close to my heart. Things which I would like to clear for you; this book is not a mushy romantic story but still you're going to cry and second this is not a love triangle. Highly recommended to all.
