My review

I'm not into poetry much but whenever I get a chance to read a book of poetry I'm always up to read it. Dance in the rain by Shreya Dutta is a collection of the finest poems I have ever read. This book is a collection of myriad topic ranging from the trauma of a lover, the utter pain of a break up, child abuse, the voice of a woman the Poet put everything into spotlight with her words.

She has exceptional brilliance in her skills to create wonders through her words and to evoke the souls of the readers. I found her writing is a way of storytelling. Every poem which you read you find a character, a conflict and a message. This makes her poems a captivating read.

This is not a book which you read once and forget about later as the time passes. This book feels like home to me and I found in many poems a part of me interconnected with the words and emotions of the poems and it urges me to revisit the book again, just like home.

Overall this book is a whole package of emotions as we humans are, whatever topic you wanna read or experienced in life you might find that into this book and once you made a connection with the book you would compel to revisit it again.
